A typical home inspection may take 2 - 3 hours to complete; the cost is determined by the age, size & location of the home. The inspection report includes maintenance, energy-efficiency and environmental suggestions; all reports include digital photos.

All home inspections meet or exceed the "Standards of Practice" established by the American Society of Home Inspectors, Inc. & adopted by the State of Alabama Building Commission.
